DAY OF APPOINTMENT RULES ⏰
YOU MUST BE ON-TIME ⏰ You can expect your service to start ON-Time. We advertise ON-TIME service. We do not double book like other salons.
If you are LATE you may not be serviced if your tardy is an inconvenience our personal time or other clients appointments. There is no late grace period. We cannot give everybody a late grace period, then nobody would show up on time .Please Plan to arrive at-lease 10 mins early, especially new clients to avoid being late. We don’t charge a late fee because we expect you to be ON-TIME. Deposit is not refundable or transferable if you are tardy and we have to cancel you.
⚠️ Our biggest issue with clients is tardiness & late clients expecting to be accommodated (top 2 excuses: traffic, car accident on the road). Regardless of what your excuse is for being late We STILL HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITY TO REMAIN ON SCHEDULE for our other clients who show up on-time for their appointment. We cannot inconvenience another clients time they have secured or our personal time to accommodate you. Braiding takes time. Every appointment has a set time blocked to achieve your style. If you’re not giving us enough time to give you quality service, we have no choice but to cancel your appointment. Deposit will not be refunded or transferred.
❤️PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR HAIR IS CLEAN, ALREADY WASHED, TANGLE FREE, BRAID FREE, READY TO GO when you sit in the chair. ❤️ NO OILS, OR MOISTURE IN YOUR HAIR, WE WILL PUT IT FOR YOU afterwards at your request, feel free to bring your oils.
🚫 BRING NO EXTRA PERSONS. Every appointment scheduled for client ONLY to be inside the salon. Anybody else will have to wait outside or in their car
🚫 KIDS- Unfortunately, we can no longer service kids under 10 years old because small kids can be physically demanding for us. If your child has a hard time sitting for services, or is super-tender headed, we recommend you googling kid friendly salons in your area to assist you.
What If I Need A Same Day Appointment ? Do you except Walkins ?
We do not do walkins. We are by appointment only. Same day appointment is fine, as long as the time/service you need is available to book on the website. What If I need a Consultation?
We have removed the option to schedule a consultation here. Please contact us via text 407-600-0378 with your reason for needing a consultation and service desired... send pics/ videos of your hair and your desired style sample image. If an actual consultation is needed we will send you a booking link. Consultation fee begins at $15.

If you need to CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT You can just cancel from the confirmation email sent to you. If you are a regular client already registered to this booking platform, simply login to cancel. Please avoid texting & leaving voicemail to request to cancel your appointment, as we may not get to your text or VM in time, especially, if it’s after hours and when salon is closed. NOT CANCELING is a NO-SHOW-This will get you blocked. Salon phone is typically turned off after business hours & as well as on Sunday’s & Monday’s when we are closed. Cancellations can easily be done online 24/7 with the steps thats mentioned above.
If you are a NO-SHOW Deposit is not refunded or transferable. The system will automatically block anyone from future bookings once marked as a no-show.We do not take any future appointments from clients are no-shows.

📍CROCHET BRAIDS & HAIR SERVICE-
If you need crochet hair the SAME DAY you are booking or under 24 hours, please book the ORLANDO location. If you're bringing your own hair--bring 8 packs for pre-looped styles(locs/braids) or 6 packs for our loose hair crochet styles. Bring 1 pack of braiding hair for your braid-down or purchase from us $5 per pack. Crochet hair thats in stock will be displayed when you select your style, where you then can add the crochet hair as an (ADD ON) to select along with your service. From experience, some people will book but not select & pre-pay for hair, with the idea they will just come pick and choose like shopping at a hair store once they arrive. Due to lack of space, I don't keep much crochet hair at the salon. If you do not SELECT and PRE-PAY for the Add-On hair with your booking as you are prompted, we may not have it available for you when you show up for your appointment. Because our inventory changes from day to day, we will only put asside & reserve hair selections for clients who PRE-PAY for selected hair. The service will specifically indicate if hair is in stock. We also place a (🎈ballon) in the description as well. We will also include the Name/Brand of hair you are purchasing from me / Its up to you to DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH online/youtube to see if theres any known issues with hair/ Crochet hair is synthetic-NOT HUMAN HAIR. As you make your selection THE HAIR COLOR we have available will be listed as well. Please, if you don't see a hair color that you like, that means I don't have it--there's no need to reach out to ask me to check & see if I have it in a different color. If you are someone with scalp issues who usually has to treat or wash synthetic hair before you use it, then purchasing hair from me is not an option. We do not offer services to treat synthetic hair. We are not responsible if you have any allergic reaction to hair, or if the hair does not hold up as intended. Your Lifesyle and how you maintain the hair largely depends on how long synthetic hair will last .

SEWINS
Come with hair already washed and blown out from roots for a flat install.
We do not provide the hair.
Treat yourself to Our MAGIC INSTALL -- We provide a full sewin with NO_LEAVE_OUT. We use our crochet expertise on your SEWIN PART ONLY for a seamless finish. We cut the hair off the track and install in super tiny sections with an ubber small crochet needle to secure human hair to avoid slipping. Not recommended if you're installing short human hair sewin under 18inches--as we tend to bend the hair in half to crochet--which makes you loose half the lenght -- to remedy that-- you can buy 1 longer bundle just for your part.
